You have a couple of options for making your surgery a conscious one.

The most personal and effective way would be to contact me and tell me your story. Let me know what kind of surgery you are scheduling. Whether it is open-heart surgery or an elective cosmetic procedure, I will create the perfect CD for you to listen to while having the operation. Together we will make it as detailed and personal as you want. Your name is used throughout because I am talking directly to you. I may mention loved ones and your personal spiritual belief system. The type of operation that you are undergoing will be important as well so that we can focus on that specific part of your body. These things can be discussed through email and by phone. Your input and information will be highly valued and used in the creation of your own personal CD. Once the script is written I will then record it and send it to you. Since it is a very time consuming job I would ask you to please give me at least 3 weeks to complete it.

If you prefer to utilize the general surgery CD then you can order it directly through this website. This CD features the same music of Shastro and is very effective and helpful during the surgical procedure. All CDs will be looped to cover the duration of the operation.

Post surgery CDs are also available. These CDs will help the body make a smooth transition from "sleep" to a conscious state. It is during this time, while you are waking up, that words and music and guidance can make a tremendous difference in how you feel and in your comfort level physically, mentally and emotionally. Most hospitals and doctors will allow you to have a headset on during an operation. It is your responsibility to have a personal size CD player and headset.
